ALKARAMAH has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in the cities of Riyadh ( kingdom of Saudi Arabia ) and Cairo (Egypt) . The first facility in Riyadh was built in 1987 and was recently expanded on to almost double the size in 1996. The manufacturing site in Cairo is the latest, and was constructed in 2000.

The company has a combined staff of over 200 in the two manufacturing facilities. Under the keen supervision of management, the staff ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the factories at all times.

ALKARAMAH constantly as a part of the quality control procedures checks cleanliness of all the the products at the microbiological level. As part of its expansion, ALAKARAMAH has succeeded in upgrading and expanding production capabilities and counted on the customer suggestions & different needs. Due to the highly seasonal demand for dough products in the middle east & intentionally, ALKARAMAH faces a manufacturing challenge in balancing production over the course of the year.
